Submerse yourself into the world of our city’s cinemas past and present with a slide presentation from the new book Tulsa Movie Theaters by Steve Clem, Maggie Brown, and the Tulsa Historical Society and Museum.

The authors will be in attendance to guide the journey through photos of Tulsa’s iconic theaters and take questions and comments from guests about their fondest movie memories. To set the mood, Bill Rowland and Circle House Organist Phil Judkins will play walk-in and exit music on Circle’s restored 1928 theater pipe organ. As an added bonus, a short video interview with Phil will screen as he shares his own stories about the theaters of yesteryear.

Copies of the book will be available for sale and signing after the program at a reduced price of only $22.

Members are welcome to bring a non-Member guest as well and since it’s on a Monday, that means free popcorn for Members!
