Floral Design + Charcuterie + Styling Workshop

Join us for a fun evening of learning how to create your own cheese and charcuterie board, learning how to design your own floral arrangement, and learning the art of tablescape styling
Shiraya Proffitt, owner of Charcuteray, is excited to lead us in an interactive, food-centric experience where we will explore how to pair seasonal fare with fine meats and cheeses in a beautiful spread. You will leave with your own artfully-assembled cheeseboard on a natural slate platter & the knowledge to bring cheese & charcuterie to your own table!
Katie and Jenny of Anthousai will teach the group how to create their own small floral arrangement in a vase in their signature nature-inspired style. We will be using locally grown, seasonal flowers from some of our favorite local flowers farms in our designs. You will leave with your very own floral arrangement and the know-how to continue to create floral designs in the future!
Katie from Telluria will teach everyone the art of tablescape styling – how to thoughtfully select plates, flatware and linens to create an inviting and beautiful table design for you and your guests. She will also talk about finding inspiration and thinking outside of the box when it comes to styling. You will get the chance to work on layering colors, textures and other elements to design your own individual table setting and then work together with a group to design a tablescape together!
Beverages and light snacks will be provided.
This workshop will take place on Wednesday Sep. 22nd from 6:00- 9pm at the Anthousai + Telluria Studio-Store, at 2411 E Admiral Blvd Tulsa OK in the Kendall Whittier District.
Class size will be limited, and all instructors are fully vaccinated.
