Join us for a fun evening of learning how to create your own cheese and charcuterie board, and learning how to create your own floral centerpiece! This workshop is geared toward those who have attended our workshops in the past, or simply want to expand their charcuterie and floral skills even more!

Join Shiraya of Charcuteray , for an interactive intermediate cheese and charcuterie workshop! This is the perfect experience for those who have already attended one of our other entry-level cheeseboard workshop. You will learn more technical skills for handling meats and cheeses as well as higher level information about pairing and flavor profiles. This workshop will incorporate our favorite premier cheeses, with an emphasis on women-led creameries.

Katie and Jenny of Anthousai will teach the group how to create their own medium sized floral centerpiece in their signature nature-inspired style, using seasonal and local flowers and textures! We will be practicing more advanced design techniques and be using chicken wire and pin frogs as a part of this workshop! You will walk away with the skills and know-how on how to create your very own nature-inspired floral centerpiece!

Beverages and light snacks will be provided.

This workshop will take place on Wednesday, January 19th from 6pm – 9pm at the Anthousai Studio-Store, at 2411 E Admiral Blvd Tulsa OK in the Kendall Whittier District.

Class size will be limited, and all instructors are fully vaccinated.
