Kendall Whittier Main Street is excited to share updates on the 2025 Incentive Program!
The 2025 Incentive Program was focused on direct investment in the Kendall Whittier commercial and community areas. These funds support a wide range of exciting initiatives, including art, wayfinding signage, sculpture, gateway markers, and upgrades to bring enhancements throughout the district.
We are deeply grateful to our partners for their continued commitment to the future of Kendall Whittier: American Heritage Bank, Lesher Family Foundation, Tulsa City Councilor Laura Bellis, and Oklahoma Main Street & Oklahoma Chamber of Commerce
Please note: Kendall Whittier Main Street, Inc. does not receive any portion of these funds for project management. 100% of the award is allocated directly to community improvements.

Applying for the program for 2026 will continue to enhance the district.
The Incentive Program is dedicated entirely to direct investment in the Kendall Whittier commercial and community areas. These funds will build upon the 2025 Incentive Program. The 2026 program will bring several much-needed Trees to the district, bike racks on 3rd & 6th to promote a healthy lifestyle, and public art to enhance the district.
