Lizette Corcoran did not want to intend in her parents and grandparents footsteps as a baker, yet she churns out thousands of Mexican cookies – and ships them nationwide — each week as the owner of Felizsta.
Felizsta – loosely translated to “happy party” – celebrates Latinx culture through cookies and gifts. The business began operation in 2018 and the store itself opened at the Shops at Mother Road Market this summer.
