What is a life drawing? A “life drawing” is a drawing of the human figure from observation of a live model, which often includes nudity. A figure drawing may be a composed work of art or a figure study done in preparation for a more finished work such as a painting.
“The Lodge,” Tulsa Artist Fellow Heyd Fontenot’s project within Tulsa Artist Fellowship’s Lewis Project Space (20 S. Lewis Ave, Tulsa), is open to all those who crave creative, intellectual and spiritual connection. This incubator, fashioned after artists’ salons, fraternal orders, service organizations and country churches, provides space for casual but meaningful exchange.
