Brunch Floral Arranging and Charcuterie Workshop

Join us for a fun morning of learning how to create your own cheese and charcuterie board, and learning how to create your own floral arrangement!
Shiraya, owner of Charcuteray , will lead us in an interactive, food-centric experience where we will explore how to pair seasonal fare and our favorite brunch pastries from Antoinette Baking Co, with fine meats and cheeses in a beautiful spread. This workshop will discuss pairing cheese & honey and will incorporate local honey from Roark Acres. You will leave with your own artfully-assembled cheese plate & the knowledge to bring cheese & charcuterie to your own table!
Katie and Jenny of Anthousai will teach the group how to create their own small floral arrangement in their signature nature-inspired style, using seasonal and local flowers and textures! You will walk away with the skills and know-how on how to create your very own nature-inspired floral arrangement!
Beverages (coffee and mimosas) and light snacks will be provided.
This workshop will take place on Sunday, January 9th from 11am – 1:30pm at the Anthousai Studio-Store, at 2411 E Admiral Blvd Tulsa OK in the Kendall Whittier District.
Class size will be limited, and all instructors are fully vaccinated.
