Start off the year with a new skill and eating healthy. Sushi means seasoned rice, sashimi is raw sliced fish. No fish or seafood in this vegetarian sushi class. Come learn maki, cone and box sushi techniques. Kids’ Chef Bill Harris has lived in Japan for 3 years and travels currently to his favorite country. Traditional customs and some fun phrases will be shared as well. Parents drop off, go get a coffee or shop Mother Road Market and return for lunch with your child. Asking for 2 parent volunteers.
